经皮给药系统促渗新技术新方法的研究进展

经皮给药可以避免口服给药后的胃肠道消化反应和肝脏首过效应、注射给药引起的疼痛，具有简、便、效、廉的特点, 受到越来越多人的关注。但经皮给药吸收效率低的问题阻碍了经皮药物的广泛应用。通过查阅相关文献发现, 近年来纳米载体促渗、中药挥发油促渗、物理促渗新方法新技术, 为提高经皮给药制剂的开发提供了新策略。重点从这3个方面进行归纳总结并分析存在的问题, 以期为经皮给药的制剂开发提供借鉴和参考。
