穴位敷贴结合托烷司琼治疗化疗所致恶心呕吐的临床疗效

目的:探讨穴位敷贴结合托烷司琼治疗化疗所致恶心呕吐的临床疗效。方法:选取2019年01月01日至2020年12月31日我科肿瘤铂类化疗病人共60例，随机数字法分为两组，对照组应用常规托烷司琼治疗，治疗组应用穴位敷贴结合托烷司琼治疗，比较两组患者恶心呕吐和生活质量情况。结果:对比两组患者呕吐、恶心程度发现，治疗组患者临床疗效明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）；对比两组患者中医证候疗效发现，治疗组中医证候疗效明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）；对比两组患者五羟色胺含量表达发现，治疗组患者五羟色胺含量明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）；对比两组患者生活质量发现，治疗组患者生活质量明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论:化疗导致的恶心呕吐治疗研究中，应用穴位敷贴结合托烷司琼的治疗方法效果理想，提高患者生活质量，临床上可进一步应用推广。

Clinical efficacy of acupoint application combined with tropisetron in the treatment of nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of acupoint application combined with tropisetron in the treatment of chemotherapy nausea and vomiting.Methods:60 cases of patients with platinum chemotherapy in department of traditional Chinese medicine of our hospital from January 1,2019 to December 31,2020 were selected,and were divided into two groups at random.The control group used conventional tropisetron.Treatment group used acupoint application combined with tropisetron.The nausea,vomiting and quality of life in two groups were compared.Results:Comparing the degree of vomiting and nausea between the two groups,it was found that the clinical effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group (P＜0.05).The therapeutic effect of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group (P＜0.05).The expression of serotonin in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05).The quality of life in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy,the therapeutic effect of acupoint application combined with tropisetron is ideal,which can improve the quality of life of patients,and can be further applied and popularized in clinical practice.
