FOXP3与乳腺癌病理特征和预后的相关性研究

摘    要:目的 探讨FOXP3在乳腺癌组织中的生物学特点,寻找新的肿瘤标志物。方法 通过UALCAN、Kaplan-Meier plotter database、Tumor Immune Estimation Resource(TIMER)数据库分析FOXP3在乳腺癌组织中的表达情况;通过免疫组化分析FOXP3在乳腺癌组织中的特点及与免疫细胞标记因子之间的关系。结果 FOXP3在乳腺癌组织中表达高于癌旁组织;且在luminal型、HER2阳性型和三阴性3种不同乳腺癌的分子分型中,FOXP3在肿瘤组织的表达均高于癌旁组织,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相较于癌旁组织,FOXP3在淋巴结转移及远处转移的乳腺癌组织中表达升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相比于FOXP3低表达组,FOXP3高表达组的总生存率(OS)降低(HR:1.33,P=0.012),而不同乳腺癌亚型中,仅在HER2阳性型乳腺癌患者中FOXP3的高表达组OS降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。FOXP3与免疫浸润相关,且FOXP3+表达水平与CD3+,CD20+,CD68+有关。FOXP3+表达与...

Abstract:Objective To analyze the biological characteristics of FOXP3 in breast cancer via using bioinformatics technology and immunohistochemistry, and search for novel tumor marker. Methods Using the UALCAN, Kaplan-Meier plotter database and Tumor Immune Estimation Resource (TIMER) database to estimate the clinical significance and prognosis of FOXP3 in breast cancer; to analyze the characteristics of FOXP3 and its relationship with immunomodulatory proteins by immunohistochemistry. Results FOXP3 was highly expressed in breast cancer tissues, and FOXP3 was closely correlated with molecular classification and TNM stage; high expression of FOXP3 was closely correlated with overall survival of breast cancer patients; FOXP3 was associated with immune infiltration, and closely correlated with TNM stage, FOXP3 was correlated with CD3, CD20, and CD68 by Immunohistochemical analysis. Conclusions The abnormally high expression of FOXP3 in breast cancer is correlated with tumor progression and poor prognosis.
