摘    要:视网膜神经节细胞绝大部分位于神经节细胞层,可通过视神经通路将光感受器接收的视觉信息传递至高级视觉中枢,产生视觉。视网膜神经节细胞损伤和视神经轴突的中断,往往会导致视力下降甚至失明。近年来研究证实,玻璃体内细胞移植对损伤的视神经具有保护作用,为视神经损伤的修复治疗提供了新的方向。本文就玻璃体内细胞移植或细胞衍生物注入在视神经损伤中的作用展开综述。

Abstract:Retinal ganglion cells are mostly located in the ganglion cell layer and can transmit the visual information received by the photoreceptors to the high-level visual center through the optic nerve pathway to produce visual sense. Injury of retinal ganglion cells and disruption of optic nerve axons often lead to vision loss and even blindness. In recent years, the protective effect of intravitreal cell transplantation on the injured optic nerve has been confirmed, which provides a new direction for the repair and treatment of optic nerve injury. This article summarizes the role of intravitreal cell transplantation or infusion of cell derivatives in optic nerve injury.
