摘    要:结直肠癌是常见的消化道肿瘤,是由多种因素共同影响的过程。肠道微生态的失衡可引起多种肠道疾病。随着分子生物学及宏基因组学的深入研究,发现肠道微生态与结直肠癌的发生、发展关系密切。许多研究发现具核梭杆菌参与了结直肠癌发生、发展的过程。本文通过总结现有的文献,就具核梭杆菌与结直肠癌的关系进行概括,为未来结直肠癌的治疗提供新方向。

Abstract:Colorectal cancer is a common gastrointestinal malignant tumor in the world,which is affected by many factors.The imbalance of gut microenvironment can cause a variety of intestinal diseases.With the in-depth study of molecular biology and macrogenomics,it is found that gut microenvironment is closely related to the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer.Many studies have found that Fusobacterium nucleatum is involved in the process of the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer.By summarizing the existing literature,this article summarizes the relationship between Fusobacterium nucleatum and colorectal cancer,in order to provide a new direction for the treatment of colorectal cancer in the future.
