具核梭杆菌与结直肠癌的关系及其临床意义

The relationship between Fusobacterium nucleatum and colorectal cancer and its clinical significance

Colorectal cancer is a common gastrointestinal malignant tumor in the world,which is affected by many factors.The imbalance of gut microenvironment can cause a variety of intestinal diseases.With the in-depth study of molecular biology and macrogenomics,it is found that gut microenvironment is closely related to the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer.Many studies have found that Fusobacterium nucleatum is involved in the process of the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer.By summarizing the existing literature,this article summarizes the relationship between Fusobacterium nucleatum and colorectal cancer,in order to provide a new direction for the treatment of colorectal cancer in the future.
