国内外老年人结核病流行趋势及影响因素研究进展

老年人群结核病已成为全球亟待解决的重大公共卫生问题,其高发病率、高患病率、高不良反应率和高死亡率的疾病特点严重影响了老年人群的晚年生活与健康。结核病兼具慢性病和传染性疾病的特征,受多种因素影响,分析老年人结核病的流行病学特征,明确老年人结核病的危险因素,对老年人结核病的防控有重要指导价值。本文对国内外老年人结核病的流行趋势和影响因素进行了综述,为老年人结核病进一步的研究和干预提供了参考依据。

Advances in epidemic trend of tuberculosis and its influencing factors among the elderly at home and abroad

Tuberculosis among the elderly has become a major public health problem which extremely needs to be solved in the world, and its disease characteristics including high morbidity, high prevalence rate, high adverse reaction rate and high mortality seriously affect the later life and health of the elderly. Tuberculosis has the features of both chronic and infectious diseases and is affected by many factors. It is of important guiding value for the prevention and control of tuberculosis in the elderly to analyze the epidemiological characteristics of tuberculosis and identify its risk factors in the elderly. This article reviews the epidemic trends and influencing factors of senile tuberculosis at home and abroad, and provides a reference basis for further research and intervention of tuberculosis in the elderly.
