摘    要:目的:研究MTFR2在肝癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法:通过TCGA数据库下载肝癌病人相关的mRNA测序数据及临床相关数据,使用R及Perl语言,数据挖掘研究MTFR2表达水平与肝癌患者预后、临床指标的相关性,进一步行GSEA-KEGG富集通路分析。结果:MTFR2表达水平在肝癌组织中高于正常组织,并且与临床分期、病理分级、T分期正相关,而且富集激活细胞周期、血管内皮再生等促进肿瘤的信号通路,抑制PPAR负调控肿瘤信号通路。结论:MTFR2是肝癌患者预后独立的危险因素,并且在肝癌的发生发展中发挥重要功能。

Abstract:Objective:To study the expression and clinical significance of MTFR2 in hepatocellular carcinoma tissue.Methods:mRNA sequencing data and clinical data related to hepatocellular carcinoma were downloaded from TCGA,and R and Perl languages were used for further data mining to study the correlation between MTFR2 expression level and prognosis and clinical characters of hepatocellular carcinoma,and to further analyze the GSEA-KEGG enrichment pathway.Results:MTFR2 expression level in hepatocellular carcinoma tissues was higher than that in normal tissues,and was positively correlated with clinical stage,pathological grade and T stage.Moreover,it could enrich and activate cell cycle,vascular endothelial regeneration and other signal pathways promoting tumor,and inhibit PPAR negative regulation of tumor signal pathways.Conclusion:MTFR2 is an independent prognostic risk factor for hepatocellular carcinoma and plays an important role in the occurrence and development of hepatocellular carcinoma.
