| 摘 要： | 幼儿龋齿作为严重的口腔健康问题,不仅给患儿造成身心痛苦,还会增加家庭甚至社会负担,积极预防幼儿龋齿有利于提高幼儿的生活质量,减轻家庭及社会负担,其中一级预防为重中之重。本研究总结幼儿龋齿一级预防的各项措施及效果,分析目前存在的问题,为完善、推广和实施幼儿龋齿一级预防,减少幼儿龋齿发病率提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | As a serious oral health problem, early childhood caries not only brings physical and mental pain to afflicted children, but also increases family and even social burden. Active prevention of early childhood caries is conducive to improving the quality of life of young children and reducing family and social burden, and primary prevention is a top priority. This paper summarizes the measures and effects of primary prevention of early childhood caries and analyzes the existing problems so as to provide a reference basis for improving, promoting and implementing primary prevention of early childhood caries and reducing its incidence rate. |
