摘    要:近年来,非编码RNA在多种疾病发展进程中的作用日益显现。非编码RNA间可通过竞争性内源RNA(ceRNA)机制相互作用,参与重要的生物学过程。阐明非编码RNA参与的ceRNA调控网络在常见眼部疾病中的作用对于发现新的药物治疗靶点具有重要意义。本文概述ceRNA调控网络作为一类新的调控手段在糖尿病性视网膜病变、年龄相关性黄斑变性、青光眼和白内障等常见眼部疾病发生发展中的作用,以期为眼部疾病的临床诊疗提供理论依据。

Abstract:In recent years, an increasing number of studies have confirmed that non-coding RNAs play an important role in the progression of various human diseases. The non-coding RNAs interact with each other through the competing endogenous RNA (ceRNA) mechanism, thereby engaging in important biological processes. Exploring the role of the ceRNA regulatory network involving non-coding RNAs in ocular diseases can promote the discovery of new drug targets. This article reviews the role of the ceRNA regulatory network as a new regulatory pattern in common ocular diseases, such as diabetic retinopathy, age-related macular degeneration, glaucoma, and cataract, to provide a theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of ocular diseases.
