摘    要:ARF6是一种小分子GTP酶,在细胞中主要负责细胞胞吞和胞吐、质膜与内体之间的膜运输、受体的内吞和再循环,以及肌动蛋白细胞骨架重塑。近来的研究表明,ARF6介导多种通路,调控上皮间充质转化、肿瘤血管生成、细胞黏附、基质降解、微囊形成与脱落、侵袭性伪足形成、细胞凋亡等,促进肿瘤细胞的增殖、侵袭、转移,以及耐药性的产生,从而在实体肿瘤的演进过程中发挥重要作用。本文就此领域的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:ARF6 is a small molecule GTPase,which is mainly responsible for cell endocytosis and exocytosis,membrane transport between cell membrane and endosome,receptor endocytosis and recycling,and actin cytoskeleton remodeling.Recent studies have shown that ARF6 mediates multiple pathways,regulating epithelial mesenchymal transition,tumor angiogenesis,cell adhesion,matrix degradation,microcapsule formation and shedding,invasive pseudopodia formation,apoptosis and so on,and promote the proliferation,invasion,metastasis and drug resistance of tumor cells,thus playing an important role in the progression of solid tumors.This paper reviews the research progress in this field.
