Expression and significance of GASP-1 in lung invasive adenocarcinoma

Objective:To observe the expression of GASP-1 in lung invasive adenocarcinoma,explore the clinical significance of GASP-1,analyze the consistency of GASP-1 expression in serum and postoperative tissues.Methods:59 patients with lung invasive adenocarcinoma were observed as the study object from September 2014 to March 2015.Tumor tissue was selected as the observation group.Adenocarcinoma in situ was selected as the control group.Normal lung tissue was selected as the normal control group.The expression of GASP-1 of three groups,PCNA of observation group were detected by immunohistochemistry method.The overexpression of GASP-1 was established in A549 cell line.The blank control group and GASP-1 overexpression group were established.PCNA was detected by Western Blot.The serum expression of GASP-1 of the observation group was detected by ELISA.Results:Positive rate of GASP-1 was statistically different in three groups.Positive rate of GASP-1 was different in tumor maximum diameter,pulmonary membrane involvement and lymph node metastasis.The expression of GASP-1 was related to survival time.Positive correlation was found between GASP-1 and PCNA.Expression of PCNA was higher in GASP-1 overexpression cell line than blank control group.Positive correlation was found between GASP-1 in serum and tissue.Conclusion:Higher expression of GASP-1 can promote the formation and progression in lung invasive adenocarcinoma.GASP-1 may play a role in regulating cell proliferation.Expression of GASP-1 was correlated with prognosis.Synergistic positive effect is found between GASP-1 in serum and tissue.
