| 摘 要： | 口腔鳞状细胞癌是最常见的头颈部恶性肿瘤。近年来,上皮－间充质转化（epithelial-mesenchymal transition,EMT）在肿瘤研究方面一度成为新的研究热点,EMT是由上皮细胞表型向间充质细胞表型转变的过程,在这个过程中,可促进癌细胞的侵袭,进而完成肿瘤的转移,影响患者的预后。本文综合目前的研究,对近年来口腔鳞状细胞癌在EMT方面的细胞因子、通路、RNA、细菌病毒微生物和微环境等相关影响因素进行综述。

| Abstract: | Oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) is the most common head and neck malignancy.Epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) has become a new hotspot in tumor research in recent years that is a process from epithelial cell phenotype to mesenchymal cell phenotype.EMT can promote the migration and invasion of oral squamous cancer cells,thereby promoting tumor metastasis and affecting the prognosis of patients.This article summarizes the current researches progress and will review in recent years of the related transcription factors,pathways,RNA,microorganisms and microenvironment in the EMT. |
