摘    要:免疫逃逸已经成为肿瘤研究的一个新思路,吲哚胺-2,3双加氧酶(indoleamine-2,3 dioxygenase,IDO)是涉及色氨酸分解代谢的生物酶,在肿瘤中具有免疫逃逸的功能。IDO表达于不同肿瘤细胞中,并且和肿瘤的预后存在关联。目前,已有学者对IDO在癌症中的作用及IDO抑制剂进行深入探讨,发现在临床试验中IDO抑制剂显示出较好的药物代谢动力学特征和治疗效果,以及在癌症免疫治疗中的临床应用价值及意义。

Abstract:Immune escape has become a research idea for tumor development.Indoleamine-2,3 dioxygenase (IDO) is a biological enzyme involved in tryptophan catabolism and has immune escape function in tumors.IDO is expressed in different cancer patients and has a close relationship with prognosis.At present,some scholars have conducted in-depth discussions on the role of IDO in cancer and IDO inhibitors,and found that IDO inhibitors show good pharmacokinetic characteristics and efficacy in clinical trials,and their clinical application and value in cancer immunotherapy.
