对社区护士进行转型培训的调查分析

目的 了解目前基层护理人员的现状是否适应开展社区卫生服务的需要。方法 采用分层整群抽样和问卷调查的方法，对450名护理人员进行了调查，并收回有效问卷416份。结果 基层护理人员的学历以中专为主（74．0％），其中正规院校的毕业生仅占54．9％；职称结构以初、中级为主，高级职称仅占1．2％；普遍缺乏与开展社区卫生服务密切相关的某些专业及预防保健方面的医学知识和基本技能。结论 目前基层护理队伍学历、素质参差不齐，职称结构不够合理，缺乏作为社区护士所必备的知识结构和基本技能，对现有护理人员进行社区护士转型培训的工作亟待加强。

Survey and study on the strengthening training of transforming community nurses

Objective In order to learn the current situation of the community nurses in the primary hospital and learn whether they could adapt to the need of community health services,we carried out the survey on the nurses working in primary hospitals in Heilongjiang province.Methods Stratified cluster sampling and standard questionnaire were adopted.Results Most of the nurses had middle professional education and primary or middle professional title,and most of them were lack of some necessary knowledge and skills relevant to community health services.Conclusion At present,the quality and schooling of the nurses at primary hospitals remain considerable difference,and their professional level is unreasonable to some degree,and they lack the necessary knowledge and skills being a community nurse.Therefore,we must strengthen the training of the transforming community nurses.
