通痹活血颗粒治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床研究

目的探讨自拟通痹活血颗粒治疗糖尿病周同神经病变（diabeticperipheralneuropathy，DPN）的临床效果。方法204例糖尿病周同神经病变患者被随机分为两组：治疗组103例．在常规治疗基础上加用自拟通痹活血颗粒；对照组101例，采用常规治疗，观察比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率为96．1％，对照组为69．3％，两组比较差异有显著统计学意义（P〈0．01）；与对照组比较，治疗组的神经运动传导速度（motornerveconductionvelocity，MNCV）在治疗后改善明显（P〈0．01），感觉传导速度（sensoryconductionvelocity，SNCV）治疗后也得到改善（P〈0．05）。结论自拟通痹活血颗粒治疗能改善微循环、营养周围神经，明显缓解糖尿病周围神经病变的症状，值得临床推广。

Clinical study on effect of tongbi huoxue granule on diabetic peripheral neuropathy

Objective To explore the clinical effect of treatment diabetic peripheral neuropathy （DPN） with tongbi huoxue granule. Methods All 204 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropatby were randomly divided into two groups. 103 cases in the treatment group were given tongbi huoxue granule on the basis of conventional therapy, 101 cases in the control group were given conventional therapy, the clinical therapeutic were compared between the two groups of patients. Results Total effectiveness of the treatment group was 96.1% and control group was 69.3%, the two groups had significant difference （P 〈 0.01）. Compared with the control group, the treatment group of motor nerve conduction velocity （MNCV） was significantly improved （P 〈 0.01） and sensory conduction velocity （SNCV） was also improved （P 0.05）. Conclusion Tongbi huoxue granule treatment could improvement of microcirculation, nutrition of peripheral nerve and alleviate the symptoms of diabetic peripheral neuropathy, worth of being applied in the clinical.
