阿立哌唑与丙戊酸钠缓释片治疗双相障碍躁狂发作的临床效果比较

目的探讨双相障碍躁狂发作的患者给予阿立哌唑及丙戊酸钠后的治疗效果及安全性。方法收集来我院进行治疗的双相障碍躁狂发作的患者92例，随机分为两组。观察组（n=46）给予阿立哌唑进行治疗．对照组（n=46）给予丙戊酸钠缓释片进行治疗，比较两组患者治疗结束后CGI—S—BP及YMRS评分、疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果④对照组和观察组患者的治疗时间越长，其CGI—S—BP及YMRS评分越低，治疗后与治疗前比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组治疗后前两周评分差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05），而在治疗的后两周无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。②观察组治疗有效率及痊愈率与对照组比较无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。③丽组的不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论在双相障碍躁狂发作治疗中，阿立哌唑及丙戊酸钠具有较好的治疗效果及较高的安全性。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy and safety of Aripiprazole and sodium valproate manic episodes in patients with bipolar disorder given. Methods We Collected 92 cases of bipolar disorder manic episodes, they were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group （n = 46） was given aripiprazole, the control group （n = 46） was given sodium valproate sustained-release tablets, CGI-S-BP and YMRS score, efficacy and adverse events after the treatment of two groups were compared. Results （1） With treatment time of patients longer CGI-S-BP and YMRS score were lower, there were significant differences between before and after treatment （P 〈 0.05）. The difference of two groups scores in the first two weeks was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）, there were no significant difference in two weeks after the treatment （P 〉 0.05）. （2） There were no significant difference in clinical treatment efficiency and recovery rate between observation group and control group （P 〉 0.05）. （3） There were no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between observation group and control group （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Treatment of bipolar disorder, manic episodes in aripiprazole has considerable therapeutic effect of sodium valproate and higher security.
