| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经皮冠状动脉介入治疗（PCI）对不稳定型心绞痛（UAP）患者围术期血浆非对称性二甲基精氨酸（ADMA）和hs—CRP的影响。方法选择67例UAP患者，根据是否接受介入治疗分为PCI治疗组和对照组，比较两组人院和出院时的血浆ADMA、hs-CRP浓度。结果两组入院时血浆ADMA和hs-CRP水平均无统计学差异，出院时对照组上述指标均无明显改变，PCI治疗组显著降低（P均〈0．01）；血浆ADMA和hs—CRP浓度呈正相关（r=0．870，P=0．000）。结论UAP患者行PCI治疗能尽早有效地控制冠状动脉的炎症反应和促进内皮的修复。
