赫氏培养基不同氨基氮含量对鼠疫菌生长的影响

目的探讨不同氨基氮含量对鼠疫菌生长的影响观察。方法同批次消化液不同含量（120mg/L、150mg/L、170mg/L、200mg/L、250mg/L、300mg/L）氨基氮作为基础消化液制备的赫氏琼脂培养基（指100mL培养基内所含的氨基氮）进行活菌数实验,寻找出适宜鼠疫菌生长的最佳氨基氮。结果通过反复实验发现6种不同氨基氮含量对鼠疫菌生长影响中170mg/L含量的赫氏培养基优于其它5种氨基氮含量培养基,经统计学分析有差异（P〈0.05）。结论鼠疫菌生长的最佳氨基氮含量为170mg/L。

Different amino nitrogen contents on the growth of Yersinia pestis in Herxheimer medium

In order to research the different amino nitrogen contents on the growth of Y.S,the same batch of digestive juice but different amounts（120mg/L,150mg/L,170mg/L,200mg/L,250mg/L and 300mg/L） of amino nitrogen were used as a basic digestive juice to conduct a few experiments to look for the best one for suitable growth of Y.S.Through the experiment,it was found that the 170mg/L was best medium in the six different amino nitrogen contents on the growth of Y.S.Results reveal the differences in the statistical analysis（P0.05） and the best amino nitrogen content for growth of Y.S of is 170mg/L.
