| 摘 要： | 目的 报告12例非体外循环下的冠状动脉搭桥术。方法 2002年4-10月对12例冠心病病人行非体外循环下冠状动脉搭桥术，手术在全麻、常温、心脏不停跳下进行。其中双支血管病变2例。三支血管病变10例；平均每例搭桥2．9支。结果 全组死亡l例。其余病人痊愈出院，疗效满意。结论 非体外循环下行冠状动脉搭桥术安全可行。且可减少输血，减轻手术创伤与并发症。

| Abstract: | Objective To report the clinical results of off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting(OPCAB). Methods From April 2002 to October 2002,12 consecutive patients with coronary disease underwent off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting(OPCAB). 2 patients had two-vessel disease,10 patients had three-vessel disease. The average bypass per patients were 2.9. Results 1 patient died in hospital,other patients had favorable outcomes. Conclusion OPCAB is an alternative treatment of coronary disease,and early result is satisfactory. |
