彩色多普勒超声在下肢动脉闭塞性疾病中的应用

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声诊断下肢动脉闭塞性疾病中的价值。方法对32例经手术、MRI、DSA等证实的下肢动脉闭塞性疾病进行彩色多普勒超声检查，其中急性7例，慢性23例，2例为人造血管术后。仪器选用百胜AU-4。结果彩色多普勒能显示被栓动脉病变情况，包括狭窄、闭塞及侧枝等。本组彩超诊断下肢动脉闭塞性疾病的符合率为90．6％(29／32)。结论彩色多普勒超声能帮助提高下肢动脉闭塞性疾病的诊断准确性。

Application of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of occlusive arterial diseases of lower extremity

Objective To explore the value of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of occlusive arterial diseases of lower extremity. Methods 32 patients with occlusive arterial diseases of lower extremity were examined by using color Doppler technique, including 7 cases with acute arterial disease, 23 cases with chronic arterial disease and 2 cases after graft operation. The instrument with Esaote AU4 was used. Results The position of the lesion can be detected by color Doppler ultrasonography, including stenosis, occlusion and colleterals. The accurate rate in the diagnosis of occlusive arterial diseases of lower extremity was 90.6%(29/32). Conclusions Color Doppler ultrasonography can raise the accuracy of diagnosis in the occlusive arterial diseases of lower extremity.
