| 摘 要： | 对复合氨基酸注射液（17AA）中含量较低的N-乙酰-L-酪氨酸及N-乙酰-L-半胱氨酸用HPLC法进行测定，采用阳离子交换色谱柱，以水（取0.05mol/L硫酸1ml置1000ml量瓶中以水定容，调节pH至3.0)为流动相，检测波长为210nm。该方法在10-100ug/ml范围呈良好的线性，相关系数分别为0.9996和0.9999，平均回收率分别为99.94%和99.72%，RSD分别为0.42%及1.19%。

| Abstract: | A HPLC method for determination of N-acetyl-L-tyrosine and N-acetyl-L-cysteine was established using Supelcosil LC-SCX column with the mobile phase of water (pH 3.0), at the detection wavelength of 210 nm. They had good linearites in the range of 10～100 μg/ml, with r of 0.9996 and 0.9999, respectively. The average recoveries of N-acetyl-L-tyrosine and N-acety-L-cysteine were 99.94% and 99.72% with RSD of 0.42% and 1.19%, respectively. |
