| 摘 要： | 目的建立反相高效液相色谱法同时测定杜仲叶京尼平苷含量的方法。方法高效液相色谱法。结果杜仲叶京尼平苷在0.26～2.60μg范围内线形关系良好（r=0.9999）,平均加样回收率99.94%,RSD=0.6%（n=6）。结论成分的峰分离效果好,其测定方法操作简便、准确、重复性良好,可作为杜仲叶中京尼平苷的质量控制方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a new RP-HPLC method for simultaneous determination of geniposide in folium cortex eucommia. Methods HPLC method. Results The standard geniposide （ showed a good linear correlation within the concentration of 0. 26 - 2. 60 μg, （ r = 0. 999 9 ）, the average recovery of the sample was 99.94%, RSD = 0.6% （ n = 6 ）. Conclusion The peaks of the components were separated effecfly, the method is simple, accurate and reproducible and can be used for the quality control of geniposide in folium cortex eucommia. |
