复发性乳腺癌的临床分析

目的 评估影响乳腺癌术后病人无病生存期的部分因素.方法 回顾性分析1999年～2006年期间手术后复发在江门市中心医院住院的复发性乳腺癌病例86例.结果 全组病人的中位无病生存期为37个月.分析提示,人表皮生长因子受体-2(HER-2)高表达,腋窝淋巴结转移数目多,乳腺大肿物和雌激素受体阴性的术后乳腺癌病人中无病生存期较短.辅助治疗不影响术后乳腺癌病人的无病生存期.结论 术后乳腺癌病人的无病生存期受人表皮生长因子受体-2表达,腋窝淋巴结转移数目,乳腺肿物大小和雌激素受体表达的影响较大.与临床特征和生物学特征比较,辅助治疗对术后乳腺癌病人的无病生存期影响较小.

Clinical analysts of recurrent breast cancer

Objective To evaluate some factors to influence disease free survival(DFS) of breast cancer patients.Methods A retrospective study was conducted in 86 recurrent breast cancer patients operationed between 1999 and 2006 in our hospital.Results Median DFS was 37 months in the group.Retrospective analysis showed lower DFS for patients with higher amplification of human epidermal growth factor-2(HER-2),higher number of axillary fossa lymph node metastasis,larger lump of breast and negative estrogen receptor(ER) expression.Adjuvant treatment did not affect DFS.Conclusion According to our analysis,median DFS of breast cancer patients after operation was influenced by amplification of HER-2,size of breast lump,status of ER,number of axillary fossa lymph node metastasis.Compared with clinical and biological characteristics,adjuvant treatment had limited significance in affecting DFS of breast cancer patients after operation.
