| 摘 要： | 目的:观察高压氧辅助治疗突发性聋的疗效,并进一步探讨突发性聋的综合治疗方法。方法72例突发性聋患者随机分为高压氧组和对照组,均用药物治疗,高压氧组在常规药物治疗基础上行高压氧治疗,结果与对照组进行比较。结果:高压氧辅助治疗组的临床恢复疗效,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:高压氧可作为一种辅助手段治疗突发性聋,效果显著。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical effects of using hyperbaric oxygen (HBO)to assist in treating sudden hearing loss, and to further explore the complex treatments to sudden hearing loss. Methods Seventy-two patients of sudden hearing loss were randomly divided into the HBO group and control group. All were given the drugs, while the HBO group received HBO therapy based on routine therapy. Then the results were compared with control group. Results To compare with control group, the effective rate in patients of HBO group had an significant improvement (P<0.05)。Conclusion HBO is an effective auxiliary treatment for patient with sudden hering loss. |
