| 摘 要： | 目的 为探讨中、晚期卵巢癌行动脉介入联合腹腔化疗疗效。方法 48例患者采用动脉介入联合腹腔化疗一疗程。结果 CR 2例、PR 2 6例、NC 19例、PD 1例 ,总有效率 (CR +PR) 5 8.3% ,对腹水控制较好 ,治愈率为 91.7% ,化疗后CEA、CA12 5均有明显下降 ,与化疗前相比P <0 .0 5有显著差异。结论 采用动脉介入联合腹腔化疗是治疗中晚期卵巢癌的有效方法之一 ,值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of arterial intervention combined with general chemotherapy in the treatment of moderate and advanced ovarian carcinoma.Methods 56 patients with middle or advanced ovarian carcinoma were treated by arterial intervention combined with general chemotherapy.Results CR was achieved in 2,PR in 26,NC in 19,PD in 1,the overall (CR+PR)being 58.3%.Peritoneal effusion was effectively controlled,control rate being 91.7%.CEA and CA125 were significantly lower than those before chemotherapy(P<0.05).Conclusion The arterial intervention combined with chemotherapy is a better method in the treatment of middle and advanced ovarian carcinoma and worthy of being recommended. |
