女性腺性膀胱炎的诊断及外科治疗(附226例报告)

目的 分析女性腺性膀胱炎患者各种不同的临床表现,提高诊断和治疗水平.方法 回顾性分析226例女性腺性膀胱炎的诊治过程.结果 占检查人数40.9%共226例女性患者经病理证实为腺性膀胱炎,其中29例同时伴有腺性后尿道炎.62例患者伴有尿道外口畸形或其它病变.其它原发病25例:膀胱颈梗阻9例,膀胱嗜铬细胞瘤4例,膀胱子宫内膜异位症3例,肾炎性肉芽肿3例,妇科手术前输尿管插管定位6例.194例在本院手术(经尿道电切184例,开放手术10例).结论 腺性膀胱炎是女性常见病,可有多种临床表现,膀胱镜及病理检查为确诊的主要依据,尽早手术是首选治疗手段.

DIAGNOSIS AND SURGICAL TREATMENT OF FEMALE CYSTITIS GLANDULARIS(REPORT OF 226 CASES)

ObjectiveTo elevate the level of diagnosis and treatment by analysing different clinical performance of cystitis glandularis in female patients.MethodsClinical data of 226 cases of female patients with cystitis glandularis were reviewed.ResultsTotally 226((40.9 %)) cystitis glandularis were confirmed by ieal method of these cases,29 cases complicated with posterior urethritis and 62 cases had abnormal urethral meatus simultaneously.Twenty five cases had other urological diseases,including 9 BOO,4 pheochromocytoma of bladder,3 cystic endometriosis and 3 nephritis granuloma.Among them,194 patients received surgical treatment(184 with TUR,10 with open surgery).ConclusionCystitis glandularis is a common disorder among females with varied clinical manefistations.Cystoscopy together with pathological examination is the main method for the diagnosis.Early operation is the first therapeutic method.
