| 摘 要： | 目的 了解老年脑卒中患者家属对经外周静脉穿刺置入中心静脉导管(peripherally inserted central catheter,PICC)相关知识的认知及态度,以期掌握PICC在老年脑卒中患者中推广的难度,便于PICC的普及和工作开展.方法 采用自行设计的调查问卷表对469名老年脑卒中患者家属进行调查,内容包括患者及其家属的个人情况以及PICC相关知识认知和态度情况.结果 患者家属对PICC的认知均存在较大盲区,有90.2%患者家属不熟悉PICC概念;置管对日常活动的影响成为PICC工作开展的主要阻力之一,并且留置PICC患者家属对于患者留置PICC的必要性持肯定态度的明显高于未留置PICC患者家属,不同文化程度和患者住院时间,家属对患者留置PICC的态度不同,差异有统计学意义.结论 老年脑卒中患者家属对PICC的认知盲区大,对PICC的了解存在较大空缺,并且需求存在差别,其需求与患者留置PICC情况以及患者住院日、家属文化程度有关,需加强对PICC知识的宣教.
