| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨围术期心理支持疗法(perioperative psychological support therapy,PPST )减轻老年结核病手术患者焦虑心理的效果.方法 根据不同时间段选取对照组结核病手术患者93例,研究组91例,对照组按常规进行护理和健康教育,观察组在常规护理的基础上实施PPST.应用焦虑自评量表(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,SAS )测评两组患者术前1 d、术后第7天和术后第1个月焦虑心理.结果 两组患者术前1 d和术后第7天焦虑评分均高于国内常模(P<0.05);两组患者焦虑评分在术前1 d、术后第7天和术后第1个月比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),对照组患者焦虑评分均高于研究组.结论 老年结核病手术患者心理状况不容乐观,PPST可以有效减轻患者焦虑心理.
