| 摘 要： | 甲状腺功能减退可直接或间接引起心脏功能的改变,且在亚临床阶段左心室局部心肌功能即已发生改变,随着超声技术的发展,临床上应用其评价甲减患者左心室功能改变越来越受到重视.本文就超声技术评价甲减患者左心室功能的研究进展进行综述.

| Abstract: | Hypothyroidism can directly or indirectly cause changes of heart function, and changes of left ventricular regional myocardial function with sub-clinical hypothyroidism had occurred. With the development of ultrasound technique, the evaluation of left ventricular function in patients with hypothyroidism becomes more and more attention in clinical. The research progresses of ultrasound on evaluation of left ventricular function in patients with hypothyroidism were reviewed in this article. |
