摘    要:偏头痛是一种常见的复杂性神经系统疾病。研究证实,下行抑制/易化系统的5-HT能神经通路通过分布在三叉神经血管痛觉通路各级结构上不同亚型的5-HT受体,介导了下行抑制/易化系统中抑制和易化疼痛的双重调痛作用,与偏头痛病理生理机制的形成及治疗密切相关。本文拟对与偏头痛相关的5-HT受体亚型进行综述,以期为临床治疗偏头痛提供新思路。

Abstract:Migraine is a common and complex brain disorder. Studies found that 5-HT neurons arising from descending inhibition and/or facilitation systems involved in the pathophysiology and treatment of migraine by activating different 5-HT receptor subtypes located at trigeminal neurovascular pain pathways, which mediated the dual role, facilitating and/or inhibiting pain. In this review, we briefly describe the different 5-HT receptors associated with migraine, attempt to provide new insights into the clinical prevention and treatment of migraine.
