肾炎康复片联合还原型谷胱甘肽治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效观察

目的观察肾炎康复片联合还原型谷胱甘肽治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法选择2012年5月—2015年5月来天津市第一中心医院就诊的糖尿病肾病患者100例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各50例。对照组患者静脉滴注注射用还原型谷胱甘肽,1.8 mg/次,1次/d;治疗组患者在对照组的基础上口服肾炎康复片,5片/次,3次/d,两组均连续治疗15 d。比较两组治疗前后的临床疗效,血糖(FPG)和餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、收缩压(SBP)和舒张压(DBP)、总胆固醇(TC)和三酰甘油(TG)以及肾功能指标血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、24 h尿蛋白、白蛋白和N-乙酰β-D-葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)的变化。结果治疗后,对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为84.00%、96.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后,两组的血糖、血压、血脂均比治疗前显著改善,同组治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P0.01);且治疗组患者的SBP和TC改善的更为明显,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。对照组的Scr、BUN、NAG水平均明显下降,治疗组的Scr、BUN、24 h尿蛋白、白蛋白、NAG水平均明显下降,同组治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P0.01);且治疗组的肾功能指标改善的更为明显,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论肾炎康复片联合还原型谷胱甘肽治疗糖尿病肾病具有良好的疗效,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Clinical observation of Shenyan Kangfu Tablets combined with reduced glutathione in treatment of diabetic nephropathy

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Shenyan Kangfu Tablets combined with reduced glutathione in treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Methods Patients (100 cases) with diabetic nephropathy in Tianjin First Center Hospital from May 2012 to May 2015 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups. Each group had 50 cases. Patients in the control group were iv administered with Reduced Glutathione for injection on the basis of conventional treatment, 1.8 mg/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group werepo administered with Shenyan Kangfu Tablets on the basis of the control group, 5 tablets/time, three times daily. The patients in two groups were treated for 15 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacy, blood glucose (FPG) and blood glucose after dinner for 2 h, systolic pressure (SBP) and diastolic pressure (DBP), total cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride (TG), and renal function indexes serum creatinine (Scr), urea nitrogen (BUN), 24 h urin protein, albumin, andN-acetylβ-D-glycosidase enzymes (NAG) in two groups were compared.Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 84.00% and 96.00%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, blood glucose, blood pressure and blood lipid in two groups were significantly improved, and the differences were statistically significant in the same group (P<0.01). After treatment, SBP and TC in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant differences between two groups (P<0.05). Scr, BUN, and NAG in the control group were significantly decreased, Scr, BUN, 24 h urin protein, albumin, and NAG were significantly decreased, and the differences were statistically significant in the same group (P<0.01). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant differences between two groups (P<0.01).Conclusion Shenyan Kangfu Tablets combined with reduced glutathione has good effect in treatment of diabetic nephropathy, which has a certain clinical application value.
