发热门诊病人心理状况与护理干预效果分析

目的 分析研究发热门诊就诊患者的心理状况及护理干预的效果.方法 采用焦虑自评量表及自制问卷对患者进行心理测评,统计分析患者的焦虑紧张程度,并比较青少年组与中老年组、冬春季与夏秋季的差异性,进行护理干预.结果 干预前各项因子分明显高于干预后,冬春季与夏秋季、青少年组与中老年组干预前因子标准分比较无显著性差异,但明显高于常模.结论 患者有明显的焦虑心理,护理干预可缓解患者的焦虑心理,干预措施有效.

Effect Analysis on Psychological Status and Nnursing Intervention of Fever Clinic Patients

Objective To intervention on fever analyze and study the clinical patients. psychological status Methods Analyzing and the effect of nursing psychological status of patients by self-rating anxiety scale and self-made questionnaires, to analyze the extent of anxious and intension of the patients, and to compare the differences between youngster group and middle aged group, the differences between winter-spring season and summer-autumn season. Results All factors before intervention are apparently higher than the factors after intervention, there are no difference between winter-spring season and summer-autumn season, also as youngster group and middle aged group. Conclusions The patient has obvious anxious psychology, the nursing intervention can relieve anxious psychology of patients, the intervention measures were effective.
