摘    要:为探讨细菌感染引起大鼠气道炎症的特征,用鼻腔注入、反复感染肺炎克雷伯杆菌建立大鼠气道炎症模型.结果在炎症反应中,TNF-α含量增高出现较早且与炎症病变平行.炎性细胞开始为中性粒细胞,随后出现T淋巴细胞尤其是CD8细胞及树突细胞增多.提示在上述气道炎症过程中,T淋巴细胞尤其是CD8细胞起重要作用,而树突细胞能激活T淋巴细胞,TNF-α是中性粒细胞和T淋巴细胞在气道聚集和活化的重要因素.

Abstract:To explore the character of rat airway inflammation induced by bacteria infection, a rat airway inflammation model was established by repeatedly intranasal infection of klebsiella Pneumoniae. The results were showed that: in the inflammation process, the TNF-α content was increased early and parallel to inflammatory changes, Inflammatory cells were neutrophils at beginning followed by increased T lymphocytes (especially CD8 cells) and dendritic cells. It was suggested that in the process of airway inflammation, T lymphocytes (especially CD8 cells) played an important role, whereas dendritic cells could activate T lymphocytes. TNF-α is a important factor promoting collection and activation of neutrophils and T lymphocytes.
