| 摘 要： | 目的探讨全程护理干预在电子胃镜检查中的效果。方法将121名初次接受电子胃镜检查的病人随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组采取常规护理,实验组在常规护理基础上采取指压穴位法、分心法、放松训练法等干预措施。结果实验组焦虑得分、血压、心率、呼吸及不适程度明显低于对照组,插入电子胃镜的时间少于对照组。结论全程护理干预可有效减轻电子胃镜检查病人的痛苦,并有利于检查的顺利完成。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of whole course nursing intervention for patients with electronic gastroscopy.Method 121 patients with gastroscopy for the first time were divided into two groups.The patients in the control group received routine nursing care,while patients in the experimental group received nursing interventions such as point pressing,distraction techniques,relax training,and so on.Results Compared with the control group,patients' anxiety,blood pressure,heart rate,respiration rate and discomfort were lower,and the examination duration was shorter in experimental group.Conclusion The whole course nursing intervention can effectively relieve patients' pain and facilitate the procedure of gastroscopy. |
