全胃切除术后常见并发症的防治

目的全胃切除术后常见并发症防治。方法分析27例全胃切除术后并发症的发生与消化道重建关系。结果食管十二指肠吻合2例,均出现并发症;食管空肠袢式吻合7例,出现1~2种并发症;Roux-en-Y吻合8例,出现一种并发症2例;间置空肠加“P”型储袋吻合10例,仅1例出现并发症。结论全胃切除术后并发症的发生与消化道重建方法有关,间置空肠加袋术在改善患者术后症状和生活质量方面是比较理想的术式。

The Precaution of Usual Postoperative Complications after Toal Gastrectomy

Objective To investigate the precaution of postoperative comlications after total gastrectomy.Methods To analyze the relationship hetween postoperative complication after gastrectomy in 27 cases and digestive tyact reconstruction.Results Esophagoduodenostomy in 2 cases-postoperative complications occurred in both.Braun esophagojejanostomy in 7 cases.one or two rinds of postoperative complications ocurred.Roux-en-Y esophagojejunostomy in 8 cases.one kind of postoperative complications 0 ccured in 2 cases.Jejunal pouch of interposotion in 10 cases.posto perative complications occured in only one case.Conclusion The postoperative complications after total gastrectomy have something to do with digestive tract reconstruction.Jejunal pouch interposition is an ided procedure for reducing the patients' postoperative symptoms and improving the quality of life after total gastrectomy.
