摘    要:目的:检测过氧化物酶体增殖因子激活受体α(PPAR-α)在人肺癌组织和非癌肺组织中的表达,探讨PPAR-α的表达与肺癌临床病理之间的关系。方法:采用免疫组化SP方法分别检测13例非癌肺组织和59例肺癌组织中PPAR-α的表达,并通过图像分析系统检测各组的平均吸光度值。结果:PPAR-α在肺癌和非癌肺组织中均有表达,且非癌肺组织的吸光度值较肺癌组织高;各型肺癌中PPAR-α表达从高到低依次为鳞癌、腺癌、大细胞肺癌、小细胞肺癌;PPAR-α的表达与肺癌的分化程度、组织学类型、术后TNM分期有关,而与肺癌淋巴结转移无关。结论:PPAR-α在肺癌的发生及进展中起重要作用,该受体有望成为未来肺癌治疗的新靶点。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor (PPAR-α) in human lung cancer and its relationship with clinicopathologic characteristics. Methods Paraffin-embeded tissues from 59 cases of lung cancer and 13 cases of non-cancerous lung tissues were stained for detecting the expression of PPAR-α by means of immunohistochemistry. Average OD values were examined by image analysis. Results PPAR-α expressed both in lung cancer and non-cancerous lung tissues, but the expression of PPAR-α in non-cancerous lung tissues were higher than that in lung cancer tissues.In 4 different pathlogical lung cancer, the sequence of PPARα expression from strong to weak was squamous carcinoma, adenocarcinoma, large-cell lung cancer, small-cell lung cancer;expression of PPAR-α was correlated with histological type,differentiation levels and TNM staging of lung cancer tissues, but not with lymph node metastasis. Conclusion PPAR-α may play an important role in the pathogenesis and progression of lung cancer,which could be served as a novel therapeutical target.
