理气活血法治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效观察

目的：探讨理气活血法治疗黄褐斑的疗效及作用机理。方法：将68例患者随机分为治疗组（38例）和对照组（30例），治疗组采用理气活血中药治疗，对照组用维生素C、维生素E治疗。两组同时外用1％迪维霜（重庆华邦制药股份有限公司），治疗后比较两组的临床疗效及血清E2水平变化。结果：治疗组临床有效率为86．84％，对照组为70％，两组比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05）；治疗组患者血清E：水平降低，与治疗前比较差异有显著性（P〈0．01）。结论：理气活血法治疗黄褐斑疗效显著，可能通过调节内分泌的作用而达到治疗目的。

A Clinical Study on Efficacy of the Promoting Qi Activating Blood Method to Treat Chloasma

Objective:to explore the efficacy and mechanism of the Promoting Qi Activating Blood method in treating chloasma.Methods:68 cases were randomly distributed to the treatment group(38 cases) and control group(30 cases).In the treatment group,the patients were treated by TCM medicine with the effect of Promoting Qi Activating Blood;in the control group,the patients were treated by Vitamin C and Vitamin E and the 1% Diwei(produced by the Chongqing Huabang Pharmacy Company Limited) emulsion was used in both groups coinstantaneously.The clinical effect and the E_2 variance in serum were examined after the treatment.Results:the effective ratio was 86.84% in the treatment group,and 70% in the control group,the results were statistical significant(P<0.05).The serum E_2 level in the treatment decreased compared with that before the treatment with statistical significance(P<0.01).Conclusion:The TCM method of Promoting Qi Activating Blood treatment effect on chloasma.The treatment mechanism may be to regulate the hormone incretion system.
