提高动静脉内瘘成熟质量的临床研究

目的探讨动－静脉内瘘的护理方法及如何提高其发育成熟质量。方法：将内瘘术患60例，随机分为两组，每组30例，按常规护理为对照组，术前术后加强护理，口服通瘘汤，并加用神灯（TDP）于切口以上前壁局部照射为观察组，结果：观察组术后血液透析初次使用时间及1个月时的内瘘血液时均优于对照组（P＜0．01），而且内瘘1个月内无栓塞，对照组有2例出现栓塞，结论：应用中药结合TDP照射以及术前术后良好的护理措施具有提高内瘘发育成熟质量的作用。

Clinic study on improving the quality of arferiovenous fistula maturation

Objective To search for ways of improving the quality of arterivenous fistula maturation. Methods 30 cases in the control group were treated with normal nursing while the other 30 ones in the experimental group, with the oral administration of Tongloutang Decoction, combined with TDP irradiation as an extra treatment. ResultsThe fistula primary service time for hemodialysis and volume of blood flow of fistula in a one-month term in the experimental group was better than those in the control group (P<0.01). No embolism formed in fistula in the experimental group but 2 cases of embolism happened in control. Conclusion The application of Traditional Chinese Medicine combined with TDD irradiation and careful nursing can help improving the quality of arteriovenous fistula maturation.
