术前化疗对小细胞肺癌p53及p21表达影响及意义

目的研究手术切除术前化疗与未化疗小细胞未分化肺癌p53及p21蛋白的表达,并探讨其意义.方法选择1990～1998年随访资料完整根治术后术前化疗标本33例,未化疗标本41例,石蜡切片SP染色.结果p53蛋白表达总阳性率为60.5%,p21蛋白表达总阳性率为67.4%.术前未化疗与化疗患者p53蛋白表达阳性率分别为81.8%(34/41)和38.1%(13/33),两者差异有显著性(P＜0.05);p21蛋白表达阳性率分别为81.8%(34/41)和52.4%(17/33),两者差异有显著性(P＜0.05).术前未化疗患者与化疗患者生存期差异有显著性(P＜0.05),且术前化疗患者生存期较术前未化疗患者生存期长.结论对小细胞未分化肺癌行术前化疗能降低p53及p21蛋白表达阳性率;对小细胞未分化肺癌行术前化疗延长患者生存期.

Effects of chemotherapy before operation on expression of p53 and p21 protein in resected small cell lung cancer

Objective To study the expression of p53 and p21 protein in resected small cell lung cancer of chemotherapy and without chemotherapy before operation and to explore its clinical significance. Methods 74 samples were taken after radical surgical operation from 1990 to 1998 and 33 samples with chemotherapy before operation and another 41 without chemotherapy before operation. Results Total positive expression rate of pS3 protein was founded to be 60.5% and p21 protein was 67.4%. The positive expression rate of p53 in samlp-es without chemotherapy and with chemotherapy before operation is discriminately 81.8 % (34/41) and 38.1 % (13/33). The difference had statistical significance (P < 0.05). And p21 protein is discriminately 81.8% (34/41) and 52.4% (17/33). The difference had statistical significance. The samples with chemotherapy before operation lived longer than those without chemotherapy before operation. Conclusion The positive expression rate of p53 and p21 protein were declined because of chemotherapy before operation. Chemotherapy before operation could make SCLC patients live longer.
