热喘方治疗儿童支气管哮喘50例临床观察

目的观察热喘方对痰热壅肺型儿童支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法将100例痰热壅肺型支气管哮喘患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例。治疗组以热喘方口服,对照组以喘康速及布地奈德气雾剂喷雾,或口服美普清糖浆或氨茶碱等。观察临床症状、体征及中医证候,并评定疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为96.0%,对照组为84.0%,组间疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组在改善喘息、咳嗽、哮鸣音、湿啰音、喉间痰鸣等方面优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论热喘方对痰热壅肺型儿童支气管哮喘具有良好疗效。

Clinical Observation of "Heat Asthma Decoction" in Treating Childhood Bronchial Asthma

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of "Heat Asthma Decoction"on childhood bronchial asthma.Methods One hundred children with bronchial asthma of heat and phlegm turbidity in lungs were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Fifty cases in the treatment group were treated with "Heat Asthma Decoction",the other fifty cases in the control group were given inhaled bricasol and budesonide,or oral procaterol hydrochloride and aminophylline.Clinical symptoms and signs,TCM syndromes were observed,and curative effect was evaluated.Results The total response rate in the treatment group were 96.0% and 84.0% in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving symptoms and signs including wheeze,cough,moist rale and laryngeal rale with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion "Heat Asthma Decoction"is effective for bronchial asthma in children of heat and phlegm turbidity in lungs.
