| 心脑舒通软胶囊的溶出度考察 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的：评价心脑舒通软胶囊制剂的溶出度。方法：采用《中国药典》（2005版）溶出度测定法第二法对心脑舒通软胶囊的溶出度进行测定，以比色法对其中的总黄酮进行测定。结果：3批次心脑舒通软胶囊的溶出度分别为87．0％，（RSD％=0．3％，n=6），89．4％（RSD％=0．8％，n=6），88．8％（RSD％=1％，n=6）。结论：采用溶出度测定法第二法可测定心脑舒通软胶囊溶出度。 |

| Abstract: | Objective： To evaluate Xinnao Shutong Soft Capsule dissolution. Methods： The dissolution of Xinnao Shutong Soft Capsule was determined by No. 2 method in China Pharmacopeia （2005）. Total flavone was determined by colorimetry. Results： 3 batches of dissolutions is respectively 87.0%, （RSD% = 0. 3%, n = 6）, 89. 4% （RSD% =0.8%, n=6）, 88.8% （RSD% =1%, n=6）. Conclusion： No. 2 method in China Pharmacopeia can be used to determine the dissolution of Xinnao Shutong Soft Capsule. |
