中国农村贫困地区居民住院及影响因素分析

目的：分析全国10个合作医疗试点县农村居民的住院医疗服务的需要和需求，并分析其影响因素。方法：对合作医疗前和合作医疗干预后两次调查人口进行家庭卫生服务调查，采用收入五分组、单因素分析和住院服务利用两步模型方法。结果：分析调查县农村居民的住院率、未住院率、住院费用及其影响因素。结论：农村居民的住院医疗服务的需求仍然没有得到有效满足，不同收入组之间有差异。影响农村居民对住院服务需求的主要因素是疾病严重程度（如是否患有慢性病）。

Analysis on the Demand of Medical Service for Inpatients in the Rural Areas in China

Purpose: to study the demand of medical service for inpatients in 10 trial Counties of Cooperative Medical System (CMS) in rural areas of China, and to find the affecting factors. Methods: single factor analysis and two - step model for inpatients are undertaken. Results: obtained the hospital admission rate, inpatients expenditure and the affecting factors. Conclusion: the level of demand of medical service for inpatients has changed alter the CMS intervention, but is still not e-nough to be fulfilled for the citizens, and the main affecting factors for the demand of inpationt service in the severity of disease.
