| 摘 要： | 目的 :比较血脂康与力平脂治疗高脂血症的疗效。方法 :65例高脂血症患者分为两组。血脂康组 3 5例 ,口服血脂康 2粒 ( 0 .3 g/粒 ) ,每日 2次 ,连续 4周 ;力平脂组 3 0例 ,口服力平脂 1粒 ( 0 .2 g/粒 ) ,每日 1次 ,连续 4周。结果 :血脂康组与力平脂组降 TC总有效率分别为 82 % ,84% ;降 TG总有效率分别为 80 % ,82 % ;降 L DL-CH总有效率分别为 5 8% ,5 9% ;升高 HDL -CH总有效率分别为 71% ,75 %。两组间比较无显著性差异 ( P >0 .0 5 )。两组间均有轻微不良反应。结论 :血脂康和力平脂治疗高脂血症的疗效及安全性相似。

| Abstract: | Objective: It is to compare the efficacy of Xuezhikang and Lipanthyl in treating hyperlipidemia. Methods: 65 patients with hyperlipidemia were divided into 2 groups. 35 patients received Xuezhikang capsule 0.6g, po, bid, for 4 weeks. Other 30 patients received Lipanthyl capsule 0.2g, po, qd, for 4 weeks. Results: The total effective rates for reducing TC, TG, LDH CH in Xuezhikang group and Lipanthyl group were 82%, 84%; 80% 82%; 58%, 59%; respectively. The total effective rates for raising HDL CH in Xuezhikang group and Lipanthyl group were 71%, 75%, respectively. There is no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). An adrerse reaction of the two groups are all wild. Conclusion: Xuezhikang is an effective and safe drug in treating hyperlipidemia as well as Lipanthyl. |
