| 摘 要： | 对《国际残损、残疾和残障分类》(ICF)的基本概念和ICF与ICIDH-1区别进行介绍,讨论在脑卒中评估中将ICF作为评测的基本框架。建议在评估时按照ICF的基本框架组织安排脑卒中评估的内容。同时也对在脑卒中评估时应用ICF遇到的问题,尤其是ICF的限定值与现存脑卒中量表的量化标准以及ICF与脑卒中生存质量模型的关系进行探讨。

| Abstract: | In this article, an overview of ICF is given and the differences between ICF and ICIDH 1 are discussed. It is argued that ICF should be taken as the evaluation model in evaluation of stroke outcome. It is suggested that the content of stroke outcome measurements be taken according to ICF. It is also discussed the problems, which may be found in application of ICF in evaluation of stroke outcome, especially the differences between the scales of ICF and the current used scales, and the relations between ICF and quality of life after stroke. |
