门诊患者护理服务需求的调查与分析

目的探讨门诊患者对护理服务的需求。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷，通过随机抽样法对门诊患者进行护理服务需求调查。结果患者对门诊护理工作整体服务满意度较高，为94．52％；门诊护理工作有待提高的方面主要有护士在解释、回答问题时的耐心和护士服务的主动性。在患者的就诊需求中，66．61％的患者希望在就诊过程中能得到及时、周到的导医服务；其次为护士对患者的尊重，占66．25％；60．25％的患者希望在接受诊疗时有独立的就诊空间。患者最不满意的因素为等候时间过长。结论患者的护理需求是多方面的。只有针对患者需求，及时调整护理服务内容，积极改善就诊流程和就医环境，才能提高患者满意度，进而提升门诊服务水平。

Investigation and Analysis of Nursing Care Demand in Outpatients

Objective To investigate the demand of nursing care service in outpatients. Method We designed a questionnaire, through the random sampling method, to conduct the survey in outpatients. Result The overall satisfaction level for nursing care service in outpatients was high to 94.52%. The services needed to be improved were the patience during nurses＇explanation and answer to a question and initiative in nursing care. Furthermore, 66.61% of patients wanted to be able to receive timely and thoughtful medical service guidance; followed by gaining respect from nurses, accounting for 66.25% ; 60.25% of patients wished to have an independent space during medical care. Tile most dissatisfied factor for patients was the long waiting time. Conclusion The nursing care demands of patients are various. Only aiming at patients＇requirements, with timely adjustment of nursing care services, improvement of the treatment processes and medical treatment environment, the patients＂ satisfaction could be improved and the outpatient services could be enhanced.
