人文关怀对老年股骨颈骨折手术患者心理应激反应的临床评价

目的观察对老年股骨颈骨折择期手术患者进行人文关怀后焦虑、抑郁的情况,了解患者对护士施行人文关怀的评价。方法将60例患者随机分为两组,观察组(30)例在常规护理的基础上加强人文关怀,对照组(30例)仅进行常规护理。结果入院时用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评定两组患者情绪状况,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。加强人文关怀后,术前及出院前比较,观察组和对照组焦虑值和抑郁值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时采用问卷方式对患者进行调查,结果显示患者对护理人文关怀的评价观察组满意率显著高于对照组。结论股骨颈手术患者存在明显的焦虑、抑郁心理,加强人文关怀可有效减轻患者的心理应激反应,满足病人身心整体需求,有利于消除其心理压力并能提高患者对护理工作的满意度。

Clinical Evaluation of Humanistic Caring for Psychological Stress Response in Elderly Patients with Femoral Neck Fractures

Aim To observe the improvement of anxiety and depression after implement of humanistic caring in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture undergoing elective surgery.Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups,including the observation group(30 patients)receiving humanistic caring on the basis of conventional caring and the control group(30 patients)receiving only conventional caring.Results Emotional states were assessed through self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS) in both groups when admission with no significant difference(P>0.05).However,states of anxiety and depression were dramatically different between the two groups preoperatively and before discharge(P<0.05).Questionnaires were undertaken at the same time with the result that the observation group had an advantage over the control group in patients'satisfaction.Conclusions The patients with femoral neck surgery presented with obvious anxiety and mental depression.Humanistic caring could effectively reduce the psychological stress response,meet the patients'needs,help eliminating the psychological pressure and improve patients'satisfaction in nursing care.
