| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨综合手术治疗肝胆管结石的临床效果。方法：以肝胆管切开取石为基础术式，配合肝段切除，纤维胆道镜取石，各种胆肠吻合术治疗35例肝胆管结石患者。结果：随访1～4年，手术优良率32／35(91．4％)，术后残石率10／35(28．6％)，再手术率1／35(2．86％)。结论：综合手术对肝胆管结石有很好的临床疗效，合理的应用各种手术方式是治疗肝胆管结石的成功关键。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the effect of combining operations on patients with hepatolith.Methods:35 cases of hepatolith were treated with cholangiotomy combined with hepatolobectomy,choledochoscope and choledochoje junostomy.Results:Followed-up l to 4 years,the rate of operative cure was 91.4%,residual stone was 28.6%,reoperation was 2.86%.Conclusion:Combing operations for hepatolith are effective.The key point of treating hepatolith with success is by applying proper operative procedures. |
