淋巴管型肺转移癌的X线诊断

目的：分析淋巴管型肺转移癌的X线表现，为临床诊断和治疗提供有价值的信息。材料与方法：回顾性分析了20例确诊的淋巴管型肺转移癌X线表现。结果：本组病例X线征象主要表现为：(1)两肺弥漫性、间质性或呈混合性病变(20例)；(2)肺门及纵隔淋巴结肿大(11例)；(3)胸腔积液(13例)。结论：淋巴管型肺转移癌有较特征的X线表现，结合临床对提高正确的诊断率具有重要价值。

X- ray Diagnosis of Pulmonary Lymphatic Metastasis (Report of 20 Cases)

Purpose:To analyze the x-ray findings in pulmonary lymphatic mtasteasis so that supply the valuable information for clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease.Materials and Methods:20 cases with pulmonary lymphatic mtasteasis confirmd by pathology were analyzed retrospectively in the article.Results:X-ray findings include:(1)The local interstitial lesion and Both lung diffuse interstitial and mixed lesions (20 cases).(2) Enlarged lymph nodes in the hilar and mediastinal (11 cases).(3) Pleural effusion (13 cases).Conclusion:Pulmonary lymphatic mtasteasis has charateristic x-ray manifestations.The correct diagnositic rate can be improved if we concern about clinical date.
