ICAM-1和VCAM-1的表达与脑缺血再灌注损伤

摘    要:本综述了近几年ICAM-1和VCAM-1的表达及其机制在脑缺血再灌注损伤方面的研究,认为ICAM-1和VCAM-1是与脑缺血再灌注损伤关系密切的细胞粘附分子,脑缺血再灌注损伤可导致ICAM-1及VCAM-1不同程度地表达增加,是主要通过NF-kB途径实现。有关其凋控机制及其抗体的临床应用有待进一步研究。

Abstract:By suming up the recent progress in studying the expressions of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 associated with ischemia-reperfusion brain injury, the authors in the paper argue that ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 are cell adhesion molecules in close relationship with ischemia-reperfusion brain injury which may to a different extent result in the expressive growth of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 mainly via the path of NF-kB. The regulating mechanism and the clinical application of antibody need further research.
