近13年中国人结膜囊细菌培养结果文献回顾与相关调查因素的Meta分析

目的探讨中国人群结膜囊细菌菌属分布规律及主要相关因素，为内眼术前结膜囊无菌化准备提供理论依据。方法综合分析国内1992～2004年正常人结膜囊细菌培养文献，对有相关因素研究的文献进行Meta分析。结果G^ 球菌、G^ 杆菌、G^-杆菌常见，三者合计占97．85％。G^-球菌少见，偶见真菌。常见菌株有表皮葡萄球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、微球菌、类白喉杆菌。相关调查因素合并比值比分别为：年龄(1．89)、性别(1．36)、外眼病(2．84)、眼别(1．08)、地区(1．32)。结论对内眼术前结膜囊的无菌化准备，应重视G^ 球菌、G^ 杆菌、G^-杆菌等常见菌种以及年龄、性别、有无外眼病等影响因素。

Reference restrospection about bacterial culture for conjunctival sac and Meta - analysis of relative investigation factor in recent 13 years in China

Objective To discuss the regularity of bacterial distribution in conjunctival sac in Chinese people and the main relative factor so as to provide theoretical evidence for intraocular surgery preparation.Methods The references about bacterial culture of conjunctival sac were analyzed synthetically and those which have relative factor studies were done by Meta-analysis.Results G~+ coccus,G~+ rod and G~- rod were seen frequently and share 97.85%.G~- coccus were seen occasionally.Fungus were seen by chance.The common bacteria are staphylococcus albus,staphylococcus aureus,microccoccus and diphtheroids.Combined odds ratio of relative investigation factor are age(1.89),sex(1.36),ocular surface disease(2.84),alter eye(1.08)and region(1.32),respectively.Conclusions We should pay moue attention to common bacteria and relative investigation factor before intraoular surgery.
